The 80|20 RULES!

80|20 FITCLUB main mission is Changing People's Lives! And for Shah Alam Chapter,  we INSPIRE everyone to get active through RUNNING activities and FUN FITCLUB! Together with the activity, 80|20 FITCLUB also promotes the 80|20 RULES of being healthy!

We had 5 newbies with us for this session! The senior couple, En Sofian (62) and his wife Pn Aishah (52), Kak Aishah (30s), Amirin (26) and Sham(26)! They are all excited with the RUN! And to our surprise, ALL of us, including our NEWBIES, managed to finished the 5km RUN by less than 1 hour! !!
Wowwwww!!

We had 3 Aishah-s for this session. The other Aishah is our loyal member who had attended 3 of our sessions,  yet,  this is also her first time to complete the 5km (since we managed to do only 3.7km on our last running session).

We are so lucky to have our Head Coach, Bro Luqman, and Kak Sabrina, with us tonite! Bro Luqman share his experience with running activities and the philosophy of the 80|20 FITCLUB. 

He also remind us that the running is only a small part of the health RULES! After all,  it's all about the :
80% NUTRITIONS
20% FITNESS
100% MINDSET
