Have you ever tried to do an INTERVAL RUN..?
Apart from doing our normal easy pace 5km, we ran in a different mood this time. We RUN in a manner of 3 : 1 (3 minutes RUN, 1 minute WALK). This so called an INTERVAL RUN helps our newbie to catch up BETTER!
We RUN, we CHIT CHAT, we SHARE some valuable RUNNING tips.. and the BEST part..?
We HAVE FUN throughout the whole session!

This time, we had 8 members whose totally new to 5km RUN. Among them, we have a 53 years YOUNG guy who was also broke his NEVER RUN record!!
It's CHANGING PEOPLE'S LIVES!!
