SEVEN has been connected with HEROISM since decades back!
Remember the 007 that has been and initial of the James Bond..? How bout the Heroes 7..? Back then in 60s.. the Magnificent 7..? And don't forget, the legandary fairy tale Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs!
How bout us..? How is SEVEN to us??
It's our SEVENTH moment of RUN and INSPIRE!!
We have 11 newbies this time and 6 of them has NEVER into RUNNING before! They has NEVER thought that they could EVER completed the 5KM RUN before this.
That's the BEAUTY of being with 80|20 FITCLUB! When we do it with a team, our SPIRIT seems like MOLDED together! We won't realize how time has passed by.. how far we have went.. and even how painful is a challenge!
4 other newbies has been into RUNNING before, but a moment with 80|20 FITCLUB has been a GREAT NEW START for them! It feels much MOTIVATING to have FRIENDS to do it together this time!
While for the other 1..? He is Mr Junkie who has been actively RUNNING from the past 10 years!! Wowwww!!! There must have been A LOT that we could learn from Mr Ayie! This has also been his FIRST EVER moment to RUN with a large group!
ALL the newbies INSPIRED to come again for the next session. While ALL other members..? They enjoy their time PROGRESS from the session.
Let's not stop at the SEVEN! There are MORE that we could INSPIRE out there! One out of three were SICK in this country and this is what we can contribute to the NATION!
Along with the BROTHERHOOD and the SPIRIT of doing this together, we will INSPIRE the whole SHAH ALAM! And in near future, 80|20 FITCLUB will build a RUNNING NATION!!
