And here we are with our routine of doing the 20%, which is the FITNESS.. But then, what is the 80%??
To celebrate the 8th session, we shared MORE on the 80%, which is the NUTRITIONS!!
Our head coach of the month, Liyana, shared on why is the sophosticated food is created.. What is the need of the taking this MAGICAL FOOD!
She shared on the facts of our current lifestyles.. the bio technology.. the food technology.. and the importance of taking care of the 80%!
Apart from the special sharing, we also get a chance to know more on our new members.. and some of our season runners!
As usual, season runners AMAZED us by their AWESOME improvement! One of our member event improved her time by 7 minutes!!! Running is now become part of their routine!
80|20 FITCLUB is about CHANGING PEOPLE'S LIVES!! Come on guys!! Let's get EVERYONE to join our RUN AND INSPIRE session!

Khairol Azahar will be greatly missed but his warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be remembered forever.
