I don't know what I'd do without this bunch of 80|20s running crew. Tonight we ran that 5K as usual, but some of us are doing the tempo pace. Whaaattttttt ...??! Adding tempo routine to the training definitely spice things up. It will increases our aerobic fitness. But those tempo routine turn out to be "Lights, camera... ACTION!!!" instead. Brilliant people.., simply fantastic. We shared our 80s & 20s in the pit like always. Remember... you gotto give it your 100% all the time, everytime. I love this mission of the club. Running to change this county into a running nation.
