The RUN is only the 20%! 80% comes from what we eat! Every SINGLE day!!
And that was what our Head Coach of the day, Liyana, shared during the 'FUEL PIT'. The 80% is what we have to pay MORE attention if we want to be HEALTHY!
How bout the 100%???
That's what makes the NUMBER not being an issue anymore! The BRAIN POWER.. the STRONG MENTAL.. or as we called, THE MINDSET!!!
One of our LOYAL MEMBER shared that her time improved and now running is her FAVORITE SPORT! She is a 41 years young lady that has NEVER run in her life! 80|20 FITCLUB has now turned her into JUNKIES!!!
Tonight is our 6th session and we have 3 NEWBIES!! Some of them has NEVER run 5KM before while some of them has started earlier.. One of the newbies even run the TREAD MILL as his routine!
They come from different background with different stories.. and even ALL of us have different stories! 80|20 FITCLUB bring us together!
We BELIEVE by being together as a TEAM, we can CHANGE the WORLD!! Malaysia will be the next RUNNING NATION! And we gonna RUN THE WORLD!!!
